Within Buckshaw Village, Matrix Office Park has planning consent for 200,000 sq ft of offices. Three phases have already been succesfully completed and occupied by firms such as Speed Medical, Redrow Homes Lancashire, Synexus, Lea Hough, JRB Environmental, Lancashire Digital, Thomas Consulting, McMillans Accountants, Cowan and Co, FFI and LNT Construction. Marstons Brewery have also opened an excellent pub/restaurant on Plot 1000, known as the Bobbin Mill.

Further speculative office phases are ongoing, as well as design and build opportunities still being available on plots 1400 and 1500.
